Witnessed Hogan's turning down a customer because their parent told them not to work on the young adult car. They have no right to turn down a customer without probable cause, this customer has been going to them for years and has always been a good customer and to be turned down and told they can not work on the car or touch it because of what a parent said when the young adult is over 21 years of age is outrageous and unacceptable, I was recommended and was going to Hogan's but after today witnessing that I am no longer going to them as well.

Brought my 2007 Honda Ridgeline in first thing in the morning for an exhaust leak, rear stabilizer links and noisy breaks. Other shops didn't want to touch the exhaust and links because of rust and corrosion so I gave these guys a shot to see if they'd do it since they had some great reviews. Break caliper was seized so they freed it up and cleaned it so I didn't have to go for a new caliper, put new breaks and rotors on and although the links and exhaust were some extra work, they got it done. Work was completed by mid afternoon within the very reasonable estimated prices and it was topped off by very friendly service. The sweet god old fashioned service of caring that makes us all feel nostalgic about the past, is provided right here at Hogan’s automotive. Dale is nice, sincere and very thorough. Funny and friendly too. I had a tire issue in the beginning of a two day vacation from Virginia. Firestone, Pebbboys and a few other shops had no time for me regardless of my situation. Neither did Hogan’s but once they heard about my situation, they made the time. So very grateful. Thank you!

Have been using Hogan's for a couple years. Family owned and operated. These guys are committed to providing professional rental and repair service. They have worked on all of my cars, and my daughter's as well. They are upfront, thorough, timely and they stand behind their work. They recently diagnosed and adjusted something from a previous service - quickly and at no charge. I trust these guys, which is the most important thing you can ask for from your mechanic. And if you time it right (I usually do) you can snag some free food :)
