Who Qualifies for a Loaner Car?
To take advantage of our loaner program, you must be at least 22 years old, have a valid New Jersey driver’s license, and carry active personal car insurance. These requirements help ensure that both you and our vehicles are protected while you’re on the road. Additionally, you can use your loaner vehicle for up to 100 miles per day, giving you the freedom to get around town without worrying about added inconvenience.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
While our loaner vehicles are free to use, there are a few simple rules to help you avoid additional charges. First, please fill up the gas tank before returning the car; otherwise, we’ll need to apply a charge to refill it. Second, once your vehicle is ready, make sure to return the loaner within 24 hours. If it’s returned late, we charge a $95 daily usage fee to the credit card on file.
Additionally, we kindly request that you return the loaner in a clean condition. If the vehicle is returned dirty inside, has pet hair, or shows signs of smoking, a $150 detailing fee will apply. Lastly, any tolls, traffic violations, or parking tickets incurred while using the vehicle are your responsibility. If you know you’ll be traveling on toll roads, be sure to bring your E-ZPass.
